The CREAMARE Project was introduced by SOP and presented by 3DR at the 24th edition of BMTA, which took place at Paestum (Salerno), from the 27th to the 30th of October 2022.
On October 28th, the CREAMARE project was presented during the “CULTURAL HERITAGE AND SUSTAINABLE CULTURAL TOURISM IN CREATIVE EUROPE AND IN THE CULTURAL ROUTES OF THE COUNCIL OF EUROPE” conference.
This workshop was co-organized by the Italian and Croatian Creative Europe Desks, promoting Archeological Tourism and enhancing Archaeological Heritage, within the “Borsa Mediterranea del Turismo Archeologico (BMTA)” convention, held in Paestum (Salerno) from the 27th to the 30th of October 2022.
The BMTA’s goal is to valorize Archaeological Parks and Museums, encourage tourism-archaeological destinations, facilitate marketing, help create deseasonalization, and increase economic opportunities and employment effects. So, several conferences and workshops were organized during the event, to favor the meeting between professional businesses, insiders, travelers, the school world, and tourists.
In the Cerere Room, Fabio Bruno, 3D Research’s chairman, and Barbara Davidde, the Superintendent of the SOPRINTENDENZA NAZIONALE PER IL PATRIMONIO CULTURALE SUBACQUEO, presented the CREAMARE project, focusing on the goals we want to achieve and challenges the project will face in the next phases.
Their speech was streamed on the Italian Ministry of Culture (MiC) social channels and now it’s available on the BMTA YouTube channel.
