CREAMARE Project was presented at the Árpád Museum for the Archaeology Day!
The CREAMARE project was presented in Ráckeve (Hungary) on 31 May 2024, during the Archaeology Day.
On this occasion, the Árpád Museum paid tribute to this special day with two presentations. They focused on one of the great issues of archaeology that transcends time and borders: underwater cultural heritage.
One of the talks was given by Daniel Poulet (Pro Progressione), head of #PPCult pillar, entitled: Presenting Underwater Cultural Heritage in a virtual and interactive way. He presented the CREAMARE project, which aims to document and present important maritime archaeology sites in 3D, virtually, and through games based on these technologies, giving a glimpse into one of archaeology’s possible futures.
