CREAMARE at the European Maritime Day 2024, Denmark
The CREAMARE project was presented by Atlantis Consulting at the European Maritime Day 2024.
Atlantis Consulting showcased the CREAMARE project at the European Maritime Day 2024 (EMD2024), held at the SIMAC Academy (Svendborg International Maritime Academy) in Svendborg, Denmark, from May 30th to 31st, 2024. The event was organized by the European Commission, the Municipality of Svendborg, and the Danish Maritime Authority.
European Maritime Day (EMD) is an annual two-day event during which the European maritime community comes together to network, discuss, and outline collective action for maritime affairs, the marine environment, and the sustainable blue economy. Throughout the event, speeches, sessions, and workshops are organized by stakeholders and the European Commission aimed at professionals from businesses, governments, public agencies, NGOs, and academia, as well as EU citizens interested in the sea.
Visitors to the stand no. 20 had the opportunity to be informed through communication material, such as brochures and posters on the main scope and progress of the CREAMARE project and more specifically about the Serious Game that will be developed, aimed at engaging the public in preserving Underwater Cultural Heritage.
CREAMARE is grateful to the EMD organising committee for their warm welcome and support, to the potential collaborators and valued stakeholders who visited the stand.
